![]() And then they propose back to us the projects that the centers would most like to see funded. And then the center chief technologists at each of the centers conduct an internal center solicitation and review process. It is a competitively funded program, so each year we put a call-out to the centers in the March timeframe. Each year we fund about 120 to 130 projects through the Center Innovation Fund across all the centers, small dollar amounts at about a half FTE and about 50 to 100K in procurements per project. So, the Center Innovation Fund, or CIF for shorthand, was started back in about 2011 to provide funding to the centers, including JPL, to conduct innovative research that could help the centers grow their capabilities and their workforce skills and address some of the key technology gaps that are being faced by NASA. In August of 2017, Jenn Im debuted her apparel line called Eggie, which is the Korean word for “baby.” Jenn collaborated on this with the international clothing brand INSTACO. She had a strong connection with her audience and was very fortunate to do so. As her videos began to focus on other topics like lifestyle and fashion, cosmetic instructions, etc., she started to have a significant impact on the lives of many people. She is renowned for posting videos with beauty and cosmetics advice. Teenagers, young fashion specialists, and other fashion bloggers made up her fan base. ![]() Currently, her channel is well-known worldwide and has garnered worldwide appreciation from viewers in every country. Jenn IYouTube m’s channel attracted 2 million members by the year 2017. Within a couple of years, ClothesEncounters gained popularity. The pricey apparel and the sparkle and glam that went along with it were also topics of the videos. The channel featured vlogs or videos about inexpensive clothing and other fashion trends.
